All ads expire 90 days after posting, with the exception of those for "Childcare Offered". Ads are usually posted within 48 hours, and may be removed at any time per your request. If your ad is no longer needed, kindly send us a message to have the ad removed.

Ocean Beach & Yacht Club does not warrant or guarantee any of the listed items or services. Any agreements are made between the seller and buyer. The OBYC Homeowner's Association will not be held liable for any misrepresentation of information. No commercial or real estate (sales or rental) ads are allowed. OBYC has the right to review and remove any post, at any time, at its discretion. This service is only available to OBYC members. Things to Remember:

• Be descriptive: Briefly and accurately describe what you are listing, whether it is a service, an item or a need. Descriptions are posted as written.

• Include the price: If you are selling a service or item, include the price. If you are flexible on price, include the word "negotiable" in your description.

• To Remove a Listing: When your transaction has been completed, send us an e-mail to remove the listing. It will be taken down within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse posting to anyone who subverts the intended uses of these features.

However, if contact information is not listed in your description, we'll include your first name, phone number, and e-mail address.
